What you see - Enter Style Spa and you are reminded of a bachelor pad. Beds on one side, sofas on the other. Move around a little further and you see a wardrobe and a dining table. It's not arranged like you would expect in a furniture store, but everything is there in that available small space. They believe in saving space and it is evident in the kind of furniture you get here as well.

What you get - They set up shop in the Hyderabad city over a decade ago, initially as a partner with Gautier and then under their own brand name Style Spa. All the furniture here is made of rubber wood, otherwise known as Malaysian teak. It is basically compressed wood, which they say is water proof and termite proof.

Living room sets here are available in full leather, half leather and fabric. A full leather (3+2) sofa set, which sinks when you sit, is tagged at over a lakh. But they do have huge discounts on offer on an ongoing basis. A comfy single recliner in half leather is available for Rs. 23,000, while the same in fabric is priced at Rs. 35,000. You get these in your regular black, brown and burgundy colors.
For the living room, they have wall units. Each of it is built in such a way as to take up the least possible space and yet make it look stylish and attractive. A complete covered wall unit, with space for books, TV and other accessories can be bought for around Rs. 26,000. But if you are looking for a more basic model, that's available for close to Rs. 7,000. Later if you would want to add boxes to it, you can always purchase those single wall-unit attachments.
They also have center tables and side tables with most of these having glass-tops. The legs of these resemble a zooming comet. An interesting find here was the glass side table with a magazine stand for Rs. 4,395. This again helps you to economize on space.
Their dining range has fewer options, but nonetheless the pieces are trendy. These are available in different shades of brown and as four, six or eight seaters. Most of it comes in rubber wood and a few with glass top. For a six-eater glass top dining table, it is Rs. 32,360. The chairs are made of rubber wood. A four-seater dining table is priced at Rs. 18,695. You can even pick up a crockery unit, known as buffet hutch, for Rs. 33,995.
Beds and wardrobe sets are their best bet, again in space-saving designs. Their entire bedside set includes a bed, side table, two-door or three-door wardrobe and a dressing table. A king size box bed is priced at Rs. 30,595. This comes with ample storage space beneath the bed and also within the headboard. The entire bedroom arrangement could come to over a lakh.
We also saw a pretty tea trolley, which can come in handy for those with a penchant for bed coffee, for Rs. 2,695. Interesting dressing tables like the one where the mirror is shaped like a sail is priced at Rs. 9,190. They have their kid's range of bunk beds in colorful fiber or compressed wood. A fiber kid's bed with drawers comes for Rs. 15,995 while a double layered bunk bed in compressed wood comes for Rs. 22,695. You can attach drawers to these. Not just this, they also have computer tables, study tables, office tables, shoe racks and stools.
The verdict - The items here are definitely trendy. You won't find any with an antique look. Discounts seem to be always on offer here. Most of the furniture here can be dismantled, so it is ideal for frequent movers. Besides, like mentioned above, most of the stuff here helps you to save space. The furniture comes with lifetime service and one-year warranty. They don't charge additional installation or transportation charges. Parking space is available.
